Siddharth Gopalkrishnan, Chief Operating Officer at Netcore Cloud
Siddharth Gopalkrishnan is the Chief Operating Officer at Netcore Cloud, the global martech and customer engagement company that powers over a billion customer engagements daily for more than 6,500 brands across 40-plus countries , including Walmart, Unilever, Domino's, McDonald's, and Crocs.

He was brought in to lead Netcore's next phase of growth, building the company's customer engagement, retention, and personalisation propositions while driving expansion toward a $200 million ARR target. He also leads Netcore's Agentic Marketing Platform work, including a recent strategic alliance with Deloitte India.
Siddharth is one of the clearest voices in India on a question most martech companies are currently avoiding: what is actually different about agentic AI systems, and what is just automation with a new name?
Background & Journey
Siddharth is an IIM Bangalore alumnus who spent over 16 years at McKinsey & Company, ultimately as a Partner, leading digital transformation initiatives across e-commerce, automotive, financial services, healthcare, and consumer goods. That combination, deep consulting experience across industries, plus hands-on work scaling digital-first businesses , is what he brings to the operating side at Netcore. Moving from McKinsey Partner to COO of a high-growth SaaS company is a less common path than it sounds, and his ability to apply consulting frameworks to real execution problems is one of Netcore's key assets.
On Dilse Omni Talks
Siddharth Gopalkrishnan recently appeared on Dilse Omni Talks with host Saurabh Agrawal, where the conversation explored “Whether agentic AI is genuinely disrupting marketing , or whether most of what is being sold as AI is still just smarter automation.”

3 Key Takeaways from the Episode
● Agentic marketing is not automation with a better label. The real distinction is systems that sense, decide, and act toward a defined goal , rather than executing pre-set rules when triggered. That difference matters because agentic systems can respond to situations their designers did not anticipate.
● Marketing is shifting from intuition-led to intelligence-led. Siddharth argues that fragmented customer data and over-reliance on paid media are the two things holding most enterprise marketing back. Fixing those two problems creates more growth headroom than any new platform or campaign.
● Governance is the biggest adoption bottleneck , not capability. Enterprises that want to scale AI-driven customer engagement will only do so when transparency, privacy, and explainability are built into the system from the start. Capability without trust does not scale in regulated industries or with sophisticated consumers.
