Before building DAiOM, Saurabh worked across three major companies—Lenskart, American Express, and the Tata Group, where he gained deep experience in analytics, marketing, technology, and business growth.
Beyond the boardroom, Saurabh is deeply passionate about teaching and mentoring, and has been recognized among India’s Top 100 AI Leaders and as a Top 1% Career Coach, and has taught over 1,000+ professionals and students across ISB, IIMs, IITs, and other top institutions.
At DAiOM, where he began helping clients solve real omnichannel and growth challenges. As he worked with brands, he discovered a strong passion for sharing his learnings. This led to creating blogs, guides, and content along with his team, making complex growth topics simple and actionable.

Over the past year, he and his team have partnered with brands across retail, D2C, pharma, SaaS, and fintech, helping them measure, optimize, and scale across both online and offline channels.

To take this mission to the next level, the idea of a podcast was born.
He launched DilSe Omni Talks to bring expert conversations, industry insights, and practical frameworks to a wider audience.

With time, the podcast and the content ecosystem strengthened his position as one of India’s top omnichannel growth experts.
